The report PDF behind each grade is fetched and verified separately, from the HMICFRS assets host, so every grade carries a source document. The 2023-25 cycle is read from that listing too and is complete for all 43 forces; the two older closed cycles (2018-19, 2021-22) remain a curated holding loaded from CSV. The 2025-27 cycle is published force by force through 2026 and 2027, so coverage of it grows as the inspectorate reports and is not a gap in this holding.
