Fatal Accident Inquiries (Scotland)
FAI determinations held under the 2016 Act, including those where the sheriff made recommendations to prevent future deaths. As with PFD reports in England and Wales, recipients of a recommendation have a statutory duty to respond within 8 weeks (section 28).
