Recommendations

All reasonable steps should be taken to reinforce that warning to ensure that measures are taken in both the public and private domain to assess the risk of the continued use of such walls with associated guidance on remedial measures which can be taken to promote safety and stability which failing safe and effective removal of such walls from use should follow.
