Clarify Government's stance on electricity and gas levies, EPC revisions, and hydrogen's heating role.

The Government should, as a matter of urgency, clarify its stance on the balance of levies between electricity and gas, revisions to the EPC regime and the role of hydrogen in heating. (Recommendation, Paragraph 95)

Government response. The government agrees, but its response focuses on the Warm Homes Plan's investment in home upgrades and ongoing evaluation of skills funding, not on clarifying stances on electricity/gas levies, EPC revisions, or hydrogen in heating.
