Summary (the LGO's words, from its website)

We will not investigate Mr X’s complaint about the Council’s failure to resolve problems with a streetlight. This is because there is insufficient evidence of fault by the Council. We will not investigate the Council’s handling of a Subject Access Request because the Information Commissioner’s Office is better placed to decide this complaint.
