Conclusion
We are grateful to Penny Young for her work as interim Chair of the UKSA since September 2025 and her role in leading recovery plans for the ONS. We find the priorities set out by the Board to be a balanced mix of recovery and building for the future in a way that will rebuild trust. We are particularly pleased to see a focus on technological resilience and legacy system reduction. (Conclusion, Paragraph 80)
