Ms B complained that Taff Housing Association failed to respond to all the concerns she raised. The Ombudsman found that, while the Housing Association had responded, it had not provided a complaint response that addressed all the concerns raised. The Ombudsman said this caused uncertainty and frustration for Ms B and decided to settle the complaint without an investigation. The Ombudsman sought and gained the Housing Association’s agreement to, within 4 weeks, provide a response that addresses all the concerns raised and answers the questions, as well as apologising for not addressing these concerns and explain why this happened.
