Mr X complained that a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services doctor wrote a biased letter to his son’s ex-partner.
The Ombudsman decided that the Health Board should provide Mr X’s son with an amended version of the letter, as it had previously agreed to do so. The Health Board agreed to do this by 3 October, which the Ombudsman considered to be an appropriate resolution to the complaint.
