Ms B complained about the care and treatment she received from Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board’s urology department. Miss B said that she was suffering with ongoing pain due to her condition.

The Ombudsman contacted the Health Board and it agreed to undertake the following action: a) The Health Board, in response to Ombudsman, has already contacted Ms B obtain her outstanding concerns. The Health Board will provide Ms B with a full written complaint response in response to those concerns within 30 working days.

b) The Health Board will offer Ms B an appointment with a new Consultant Urologist within 20 working days.
