Mrs X complained that she was unnecessarily and inappropriately prescribed antibiotics by the Health Board in October 2019. She also complained that her complaint to the Health Board was not handled properly.
Mrs X subsequently decided to pursue an Alternative Legal Remedy and so the Ombudsman’s investigation into her complaint was discontinued. As no findings were made, the Ombudsman did not make any recommendations regarding this complaint.
