Mr X complained that the Council had failed to reimburse £353, as it had agreed to do in its original response to his complaint. He had heard nothing further from the Council. His original complaint related to circumstances in which he did not receive correspondence relating to a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).The Ombudsman contacted the Council. It acknowledged that there had been a delay in raising the cheques to reimburse Mr X. It confirmed that it had now ordered the relevant cheques to be sent (as well as a copy of the original PCN) and Mr X would receive these before 4 June 2021
