We will not investigate this complaint about how the Council dealt with Mrs X’s reports of anti-social behaviour. This is because we are unlikely to find fault with the actions of the Council. Mrs X has also not suffered significant injustice in relation to parts of the complaint. Another body is better placed to consider Mrs X’s concerns about animal welfare.
