However as the Chief Constable was a party to the Inquiry and the suggestion was moved by the Procurator Fiscal, I hope that consideration will be given to such a proposal which is, I was advised, in place elsewhere.
Under section 28 of the 2016 Act, each recipient of a recommendation must respond within 8 weeks.
