I consider that it would be helpful if that information was provided.
In a similar vein, I consider that it would be beneficial if the Doctor carrying out the assessment the day after admission had a copy of the Prisoner Escort Form.
It seems to me that if there are still issues with accessing that data base as a result of geography this should be addressed as soon as possible in order that nurses have as much information to hand as they can when dealing with such queries.
