Blake Maternity Centre is located on the first floor of Gosport War Memorial Hospital and provides maternity services to the population of Gosport, Fareham and surrounding areas. The service operates as a midwife led unit and community maternity base and is operated by Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust.
