commenced an investigation into the death of Victoria Meppen-Wateclted On the 9th September 2013 Greater Manchester The investigation was concluded at 44 years of_ the of the inquest on the February 2014. conclusion of the inquest was that the deceased had taken her own life The The medical cause of death being 1a) Chloroquine Toxicity
Circumstances of the death
deceased underwent a dermatological procedure at a private hospitand meeadeatel her In September 2011, the constant unbearable nerve pain, 'pins needles' to thereafter; she complained of having been left inkwith facelupper body and to her mind, unsightly scarring reclusive.
