The brief facts were (hat Christopher Broom , accompanied by his girlfriend, was fishing from (he harbour wall at Charlestown: It was about 1-
p.m. at night on the 6lh Seplember 2015. Sadly, and it was not quite clear how, he fell into the waler and drowned: He could not swim _

In my opinion action should be taken to prevent fulure dealhs and believe you, or your organisation has Ihe power t0 (ake such action_ Extra lifebelts positioned around the harbour. Adequate lighting to be installed.
