Recommendation (the committee's words)
When responding to this report the government should provide the Defence Committee with a plan setting out how the Ministry of Defence will improve the availability of the Royal Navy’s frigates, destroyers and attack submarines before 2030. This update might be presented at a classified level, but the Committee will expect a version to be subsequently publicly available. (Recommendation, Paragraph 83)
