Conclusion
The IPA stated that releasing all data at the detailed level would cause issues within the supply chain. It argued that it does not release its own assurance reviews so that it can have effective and candid discussions with programme leaders, which would be undermined if the reviews were made public.40 Nonetheless, it agreed that overarching data on programmes should be available and pointed to the GMPP performance data that is released quarterly and annually alongside the IPA’s annual report.
