Recommendation 4

We recommend that the UK and Welsh Governments continue to develop innovative ways of co-operating, collaborating and co-commissioning, drawing on feedback from stakeholders and officials as to where closer collaboration may be needed. As part of this work, we call on the UK 65 Government to co-author a Memorandum of Understanding to place bodies such as the Criminal Justice Board for Wales on an established footing, thereby ensuring that this effective model of collaboration endures for the future.
