In its response to this report, the MOD should set out the other UK Government initiatives, outside of the £20 million fund, that the Minister said will support defence skills development in Scotland. It should explain the benefits each initiative is expected to deliver in Scotland, and provide an assessment of their likely value. (Recommendation, Paragraph 70)
