Conclusion
We welcome the improvements that have been made to the claim forms and accompanying guidance. However, we are disappointed that the Home Office did The Windrush Compensation Scheme 93 not act upon the advice of its then independent adviser and that it took more than two years to make these changes, during which time the scheme has significantly underperformed.
