Conclusion
The OSR’s responsibility for escalating concerns to the UKSA Board with greater urgency needs to be made clearer and its leadership held accountable for doing so. While it is proper that the OSR works through the UKSA Board, this committee remains an appropriate mechanism through which concerns can also be raised. (Recommendation, Paragraph 89)
