Require NHS England to publish interim figures on 75% continuity of care target progress by 2024.
Conclusion
NHS England must publish interim figures reporting on how close it is to achieving its target of 75% of women from black and minority communities and a similar percentage of women from the most deprived groups receiving continuity of care from their midwife throughout pregnancy, labour, and the postnatal period by 2024.
