Conclusion (the committee's words)
Modern services frameworks set out how the NHS and partners will improve areas of care to achieve more consistent, high-quality services. Given the continuing rising rates of obesity, and the numerous ways in which patients are being let down by the current service provision, obesity care is a clear candidate for its own modern service framework. (Conclusion, Paragraph 19)
