Conclusion (the committee's words)
The voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector plays a vital role in engaging older people—particularly those at greatest risk of inactivity and poor health. However, VCSE organisations lack sustainable funding to plan for the future and continue delivering the physical activity programmes that health services rely on to achieve their prevention objectives.
