The Ombudsman found that the Surgery failed to address Mr A’s concerns which caused additional frustration and uncertainty to him.
She decided to settle the complaint without an investigation.
The Ombudsman sought and gained the Surgery’s agreement to write to Mr A, within 2 weeks, with an apology and to issue a complaint response addressing his concerns.
