Mrs A complained that the Health Board did not adequately address her concerns and that further improvements were needed toits service. She also raised further concerns that the Health Board had not yet had the opportunity to investigate.

The Ombudsman found that the Health Board had not yet responded to aspects of Mrs A’s complaint.

The Health Board agreed, within 1 month, to provide a further complaint response to Mrs A, which would seek to address the additional concerns she had since raised.
