The Ombudsman found that repairs to her property had not been completed. The Ombudsman considered that this caused Ms C frustration and stress and decided to settle the complaint without an investigation.
The Ombudsman sought and gained the Association’s agreement to issue to Ms C a letter which sets out a schedule of proposed works to be undertaken and sets outs out the estimated time the works will take and the proposed commencement date for agreement, within 2 weeks.
