We cannot investigate this complaint about council tax liability, including the information the Council relied upon to decide liability. X has already used an alternative legal remedy, and the law does not allow us to consider anything related to that appeal. Nor will we investigate a complaint about X’s information rights. The Information Commissioner is better placed to look at a complaint about those matters.
