We will not investigate this complaint abouta claim for damage to the complainant’s motor vehicle.This is becauseMs X has an alternative legal remedy to pursue a claim of negligence through the courts.Only the courts can decide whether the Council was negligent.It isthereforereasonable to expectMs Xto use her legal remedy.For the remainder, we could not add to the investigation the Council has already done.
