We will not investigate this complaint about delay in the Education, Health and Care Plan process. The Council has now provided Mrs Z with the draft Education, Health and Care Plan, so further investigation would not lead to a different outcome. Additionally, we are satisfied with the action the Council has taken in supplying Mrs Z with the draft plan.
