We will not investigate Mr X’s complaint about the Care Provider failing to take appropriate action in relation to concerns about his lack of safety as a visitor of its care home. This is because there is insufficient evidence of fault by the Care Provider and it would be reasonable for Mr X to pursue the matter with the Police.
