We will not investigate this complaint about the way the Council dealt with a complaint that members of the Planning Committee breached the Council’s code of conduct. We have not seen enough evidence of fault to justify an investigation. Nor do we consider the complainant has suffered a significant personal injustice because of the way the Council dealt with her complaint.
