We will not investigate Mr X’s complaint about how it made and recorded its decision to reduce public speaking time at its planning committee meetings, and how it handled his complaint. There is insufficient significant personal injustice caused to him by the matters complained of to warrant us investigating. We also cannot achieve the key outcome Mr X wants from his complaint. We do not investigate councils’ complaint handling where we are not investigating the core issues which gave rise to the complaint.
