Publisher summary

We will not investigate Mr X’s complaint about the way the Council considered his complaints. We do not consider a failure in the complaint process alone to have caused Mr X a personal injustice which is so significant that it warrants investigation. Also, we have not seen enough evidence of fault in the way it considered his request for reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act. Finally, it is reasonable to expect Mr X to complain to the Information Commissioner if he believes the Council is withholding information which he is entitled to receive.
