We will not investigate this complaint about the assessment of the complainant’s child’s education, health and care needs and the content of her Education Health and Care plan. The complaint about the delay in the assessment is late and there are no good reasons to investigate it now. By law, we cannot investigate the complaint about the content of the Education Health and Care plan because the complainant has used her right to appeal to the First-tier Tribunal (Special Educational Needs and Disability).
