We upheld this complaint about delays during the Education Health and Care Needs Assessment process. The Council upheld the complaint, apologised and offered a financial remedy of £2125. This is in line with our Guidance on Remedies and therefore we decided not to investigate. We will not investigate the remainder of the complaint about the Council’s failure to provide educational provision because it is premature.
