We will not investigate this complaint about the way the Council dealt with Mr X’s complaint that a parish council breached the code of conduct. This is because we have not seen enough evidence of fault in the Council’s actions. Also, it is reasonable to expect Mr X to complain to the Information Commissioner about the Council’s decision to withhold information he is seeking.
