We cannot investigate Miss X’s complaint about a children services’ assessment as it has been used in Court proceedings. We will not investigate her complaint about the Council’s failure to complete a financial assessment as it is unlikely it has caused her to lose out. And Social Work England is better placed to consider a social worker’s conduct.
