We will not investigate this complaint about the Council’s delay in invoicing Mr Y for his care. The Council has agreed to remedy Mr Y’s and Miss X’s injustice at an early stage by apologising and issuing the invoice to the correct address. It is therefore not proportionate for us to investigate the complaint.
