Ms D says the Council made errors with her housing register account. I have found fault because the Council delayed progressing Ms D’s medical assessment. I have not found any additional fault to that already accepted by the Council in its complaint responses to Ms D. The Council has made a service improvement and made a direct offer of housing to Ms D. It has now agreed to pay Ms D redress for avoidable distress.
