We will not investigate this complaint about the Council’s decision to end the interim accommodation duty. Any fault by the Council will not have caused enough injustice to Mr X to justify an investigation into his complaint. We will not investigate Mr X’s complaint about the Council ending the relief duty as it is reasonable to expect Mr X to have requested a review of the decision.
