Miss X complained the Council failed to properly respond to concerns about the suitability of her temporary accommodation, her safeguarding needs and her housing circumstances. There is fault in the Council's record keeping, its handling of Miss X's emergency accommodation, and its failure to evidence consideration of safeguarding concerns. These faults caused Miss X avoidable distress, inconvenience, and uncertainty. The Council agreed recommended actions to remedy the injustice caused.
