Mr X complained the Council has failed to make appropriate reasonable adjustments to enable him to renew his blue badge. And that it failed to communicate with him in line with agreed reasonable adjustments. We found the Council’s failure to properly consider Mr X’s request for reasonable adjustments regarding his blue badge renewal is fault. As is the Council’s failure to ensure its records were correct and up to date. These faults have caused Mr X unnecessary difficulties, distress and frustration.
