Ms F complained the Council had failed to properly consider and act on her concerns about a Council owned tree next to her property. She said as a result she experienced distress and an ongoing safety risk. We found no fault by the Council in the way it considered Ms F’s concerns, and it correctly informed her about its responsibilities. It therefore reached decisions it was entitled to make.
