We will not investigate Miss X’s complaint about the Council’s handling of her application for a school place. Any issues Miss X wants to raise about the way the Council dealt with her application are best considered under the appeals process. The Council offered an alternative place as it was required to do and there is not enough evidence of fault in its decision not to place Miss X’s child using its Fair Access Protocol.
