Mrs X complained the Council did not review her child’s Education Health and Care Plan within statutory timescales and did not provide suitable education when they were out of school. Mrs X says this impacted her child’s education and emotional wellbeing. We find fault which caused injustice. The Council has agreed to apologise and make a payment to Mrs X to remedy the injustice.
