The Council failed to ensure Mrs X was involved in the decision to introduce a part-time timetable for her son, failed to ensure that part-time timetable was kept under review and the impact on Mrs X’s son considered, failed to ensure Mrs X’s son received all the provision in his education, health and care plan and failed to ensure her son received full-time education. That caused Mrs X distress and uncertainty and meant her son missed out on provision. The remedy the Council has offered its satisfactory.
