Mr X has complained the Council failed to complete an assessment of his and his disabled child’s housing needs and offered unsuitable interim accommodation. Mr X also complains the Council said he refused a home visit and/or a Team Around the Family meeting which was not the case. We have not found fault in the Council’s actions.
